Commercial jobs are typically bigger and more complex than custom residential work.  Joyner Construction can involve resolving issues like zoning, permitting, parking, and retention areas.  Then JCI selects a project manager and project superintendent and the construction process begins.  During construction, JCI coordinates the deliveries of all materials and the scheduling of all subcontractors.  We establish a computerized schedule and budget, making every effort possible to achieve these goals through weekly meetings.  As with residential clients, we emphasize the importance of JCI maintaining good communication throughout construction.
