are typically bigger and more complex than custom residential work.
Joyner Construction can involve resolving issues like zoning, permitting,
parking, and retention areas. Then JCI selects a project manager and
project superintendent and the construction process begins. During
construction, JCI coordinates the deliveries of all materials and the
scheduling of all subcontractors. We establish a computerized schedule
and budget, making every effort possible to achieve these goals through
weekly meetings. As with residential clients, we emphasize the
importance of JCI maintaining good communication throughout construction.

headquarters of the Gainesville Association of Realtors, Shands Hospital's
Rocky Point Labs, a condominium project in Horseshoe Beach, St. Charles
